Part of wasteland Provisions, Tepache is a fermented concentrate made with surplus organic pineapple and passion fruit from Baan Kerd, together with wasteland’s spice blend.
It is pasteurized to stop fermentation, then reduced for a bold, concentrated flavor. Mix it with soda or another drink, or enjoy it on its own for a more intense sip.
